HierarchyManagement of an agencies internal business hierarchy cover an unlimited number of levels in the hierarchy within a single solution including; Country / Brand / Region / Office / States. Attendance / AbsenceThe management of Attendance / Absence items available in the FastTrack360 suite, used for; Shift Patterns that can be assigned to job orders, candidate availability matching, Timesheet attendance or absence code selection, Agreement Interpretation and Leave management.
Activity Task CodesConfigure and manage a set of standard activities used throughout the business to aid in reminding a user of a specific action/activity/event.
Attachment FolderEstablish and maintain a document storage structure including nested folders to be utilised with the Attachment Feature. All documents stored under this folder structure are saved into the database.

The creation of referral workflows are unlimited and may be configured to meet either a global business process or a specific client’s needs.
SecurityEstablish and manage the Data Groups (Countries, Brands, Regions and Offices) and Security Roles (Records, Features, permissions) that will be available to assign to users to dictate access to locations and applications within Recruitment Manager.

Questionnaire Management When advertising a job order you can configure questionnaires you wish the applicants to complete. This information can be used to aid in the creation of the candidate as well as scoring or screening of suitable applicants only. Please Note: Questionnaires only apply to those job orders when the receiving board supports linking out.
