With over 6,500+ users, processing 50,000+ timesheets per week for 3M payees, FastTrack360 is the business platform of choice for leading staffing organisations globally. To help our customers and the industry we will be sharing regular updates during COVID-19 on key trends. This data will be updated weekly.
Following the drop in both the leading indicator of new jobs created and the lag indicator of timesheet hours in April, we are now seeing this start to flatten out around 15-20% above the early April drop (made worse with the short Easter weeks). We have seen a spike in new jobs and timesheets at the end of the financial year. While still early days, there does seem to be consistency here, with a slight underlying upwards trends, particularly in timesheet hours.
(excludes late timesheets)
(excludes active ongoing jobs created previously, and late jobs filled before being created)

We are in unprecedented times.
As the coronavirus (COVID-19) disease continues to spread around the world, the uncertainty that is being caused can be unsettling. We just wanted to let you know that at FastTrack we are treating this seriously and taking steps to protect our staff to ensure we continue to deliver the best service we can for our customers and partners.
FastTrack is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our team and ensuring business continuity in our partnership with the staffing industry. With over two decades working alongside dynamic leading agencies in turbulent environments, we know that partnerships and reliability matter, and the mark of a true partner is standing with clients and supporting them in the most challenging times. We want to assure you that we are here.
As part of our ISO 27001 accreditation we have recently revisited our Business Continuity Plan to ensure we were prepared for such situations. We have the tools and processes in place, and we are confident in our ability to seamlessly deliver the services and value expected from FastTrack, even as we activate our business continuity plans and do our part to slow the spread of COVID-19.
Here’s an overview of the measures we are taking to maintain our service and protect our team, customers and partners:
- If an employee show signs of symptoms related to COVID-19, have travelled to a restricted destination, or have been in close physical contact with someone who has travelled to a restricted destination and is showing symptoms, we require them to work from home for 14 days.
- All employees have been working from home since Monday, March 16, using our existing tools and processes to ensure business as usual service.
- Any travel is on hold until further notice.
We want to be clear that these policies don’t change how we work, or our ability to provide the great services expected from business-critical partners.
At FastTrack we have a people first culture. These measures will help protect not only our employees, customers, and partners, but also our community as a whole. We will be continuously monitoring the situation as it evolves and will adjust our policies accordingly to help keep everyone safe and healthy.
